Salutare,
Inainte de pandemie am deschis un ltd fara sa stiu ce se va intampla, de atunci ltd este activ dar nu am inca nici o activitate si inca astept de la doua banci raspuns pentru cont bancar, pe viitor doresc sa gasesc un accountant dar pana nu prestez nici o activitate sunt interesat ce obligatii imi revin in relatia cu hmrc si companies house, ce declaratii trebuie sa trimit si cat de frecvent pentru ca nu vreau sa o pun dormand in speranta ca o sa incep in curand activitatea. Multumesc

pui compania ca "dormant" si file anual return fara activitate .
Chiar daca nu ai activitate , ai obligatia sa faci asta

Inteleg dar exact asta nu vreau ca sper ca in maxim 2 luni sa pornesc, au trecut deja 3 luni de la infintare
